Methamphetamine was found in a painting

Ngurah Rai Airport Customs managed to secure a postal package containing narcotics from South Africa kinds methamphetamine. The methamphetamine weighed 715, shipped from South Africa to Bali, tucked in the back of the painting, which was sent via parcel post. Posted from South Africa to an address in the village kelod Kerobokan, North Kuta Sub-district, Badung regency.

The case was uncovered thanks to the foresight of officers when the package is scanned in the X - Ray machine. Postal packets received on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Due to suspicious objects, the officer took the action a more detailed examination. When the examination, was found wrapped in aluminum foil containing a white crystal, which is suspected methamphetamine, hidden in the back of the painting.

From the development of this case, police confiscated a suspect named I Nyoman Saputra, he is the owner of the drugs. According to his testimony, drug package was purchased from someone in South Africa, and will be distributed in Bali. It gets threat of capital punishment, or imprisonment for a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years, and fines.
