The eleventh year of Bali bombing tragedy

A number of tourists from Australia, gathered in Bali Blast Monument, on Jalan Legian - Kuta, Denpasar, Bali, on Friday. The tourists come to bring flowers. They laid flowers at the monument area, as a tribute to the victims who died in the incidences of several years ago.

Bali bombing 11 years passed, expect people not to forget, because they are part of the heartbreaking history. Survivors and families of victims who are members of the Bali bombings Isana Dewata Foundation, prayed together in Bali Blast Monument, to commemorate the tragedy last October 12, 2002 explosion at Legian Street, Kuta.

On October 12, 2002, a bomb exploded at this location and killed 202 tourists, mostly from Australia. Since then, every year the survivors and families of victims killed always commemorate the tragedy. Each year, a warning was always crowded visited Bali bombing victims' families as well as visitors who come to the monument.

Australia's Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, has announced a commitment, to extend compensation to Australians who are victims of terrorism abroad, in the last ten years. Australia's budget provided for a compensation scheme for Australians who are victims of these terrorists is worth about 30 million dollars.
