Kuningan ceremony in Bali on September 8th, 2012

After the celebration of Galungan are over. It's time for celebration of Kuningan, on September 8th, 2012, Saturday. The Balinese will celebrate Kuningan, with ceremonial offerings to the ancestors. The celebration lasted only half a day, from morning until noon, precisely at 12.00 noon. Since the passing of it, the ancestors will return to heaven.

When Kuningan celebration, Balinese people will perform the ceremony at family temple (Merajan), after which they will all pretend to pray around their homes.
