Bali is not only a paradise for tourists who love the beauty and the beach. But Bali was also a haven for foreign nationals (foreigners) perpetrators of pedophilia. Based on the record, there have been 32 victims of cases of pedophilia committed by foreigners in Bali. The arrest of Robert Andrew Fiddes Ellis (70), an old man from Australia, with the physical characteristics of long hair and beard, has been known to commit sexual crimes on children in Bali since 2013, the more extended list of foreigners perpetrators of pedophilia on the island Gods. This has put the Bali as a paradise of the international pedophilia. Bali has not been free of the pedophilia. Many people find foreigners who are wanted list for syndicate case of pedophilia hiding in the region. Pedophilia cases that occurred in Bali still something to do with a large group of foreigners pedophilia located in Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).

Robert Andrew (RA) allegedly included members of an international pedophile syndicate Bali Police arrested on Monday (1/11/2016) at his home in the village of East Salemadeg, Tabanan. Based on the results of the examination while, the children identified the victim of Robert Andrew (RA) is eight people. Women and Children's Services Unit Bali Police have requested information from the eight children. They also undergo a post mortem process. Victims average age of 10 years, did not attend school, female. Most of the children laborers in Pasar Badung. The possible number of victims could still thrive because Robert Andrew already in Bali since 2013. Based on one item of evidence, police found a note containing 20 names of children suspected to be victims. Currently the police are still searching whether the note names is the name of the victim or target victims.

Pedophilia is the tendency of someone who has grown both men and women to engage in sexual activity in the form of desires or fantasies of sexual impulses with small children or minors. Resulting in sexual harassment or sexual abuse of children are victims.

Based on the investigation results of the National Commission for Child Protection and Quick Response Team (TRC) Child Protection, Denpasar, Buleleng, Klungkung, Tabanan, Bangli, Karangasem, and Lombok Raya (West Lombok, East Lombok) is an international pedophile syndicate to build a group.

Here are the cases of pedophilia that have occurred in Bali and conducted by foreigners:

1. Mario Manara
Nationality: Italian
Case: 9 molested children in 2001
Location of abuse: Buleleng, Bali
Mode: Giving a gift to victims
Penalties: 9 months in prison.

2. Michael Rene Heller
Nationality: French
Case: 3 molested 14-year-old teenager from January to June 2001
Location of abuse: Karangasem, Bali
Mode: Making the victim as a foster child
Penalty: three years in prison in 2005.

3. Tony William Stuart Brown
Nationality: Australian
Case: 2 teen molested in 2004
Location of abuse: Karangasem, Bali
Mode: Persuade the victim with money and meals
Sentence: 13 years in prison in 2004 (suicide in jail the day after receiving the verdict).

4. Peter Will Smith
Nationality: Australian
Case: Sexual abuse of children in 2004
Location: Karangasem, Bali
Mode: Finding the victims through social networks on the Internet, making the victim as a foster child
Penalty: three years in prison in 2004

5. January Jacobus Fagel
Nationality: Dutch
Case: Sexual harassment of four girls aged 9-14 years, in 2012.
Location: Buleleng, Bali
Mode: Doing close to the victim's parents were very poor by providing financial assistance.
Penalty: three years in prison.

6. Max Le Clerco
Nationality: Dutch
Case: molestation of a child in 2005
Location: Buleleng, Bali
Mode: Persuade the victim by way of pretending to do good
Penalties: Jailed in 2005

7. Grandfield Philip Robert
Nationality: Australian
Case: Ask for the nine teenagers perform oral sex in 2008
Location: Buleleng, Bali
Mode: Provides a billiard table and lure victims to come to his home, the young people get the money after doing oral sex.
Sentence: 8 years in prison.

8. Robert Andrew Fiddes Ellis
Nationality: Australian
Case: Sexual abuse of eight children in 2010-2016
Location: Tabanan, Bali
Mode: Giving a gift, took a bath together, and eat noodles.
Punishment: It is currently in the process of law.
